"Front desk was okay. There was no microwaves in the whole place and one gentleman did amazing but the other simply didn’t want to warm up the meals for me in his break room. "

Stations of fresh, purified water on each level, at no cost, to fill complementary water containers and room glassware for coffee and drinks. Excellent room coffee makers are a bonus: excellent wifi, easy-to-use cooling and heating unit. The linens are beautiful."

"Overall, the hotel itself was great, but the service fell short. There were multiple instances where staff members were chatting and laughing among themselves while guests waited to be acknowledged, which made the experience feel inattentive and unprofessional."

"The breakfast was good. The room was dated. The air conditioner was making noise every time it turned on and it woke up my family. Also, when it comes to getting towels or cleaning your room, it took longer than expected. Our our bed was never made or room was cleaned."
