"Superb on all counts. Highly recommended."

"Warm welcoming staff, central location to get in and out of the high tourist areas and amazing layout in the room! Absolutely fabulous stay!"

"It is an excellent location essentially at Shiodome station and a very very short walk to shimbashi station. The rooms are well appointed and Tokyo-sized. The amenities are useful. There is a coin laundry available that can take several hours if you want completely dried jeans, but is often available, and wash service if you don’t mind spending the money. The breakfast is convenient before a busy day. The artist rooms are absolutely magnificent!"

"Amazing stay"

"Excellent stay in a very convinient location in Tokyo. Highly recommend. The onsen is very nice after a long day of walking."

"The staff at the hotel is super awesome and helpful. I stay here from time to time when traveling to Tokyo for work. Good location."

"Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!"

"Had a very underwhelming experience at this hotel. After a wonderful two weeks and Japan with the most lovely and helpful people I could not help but notice that the staff at this hotel were the exception. It look several phone calls and almost an hour of being in our room for our luggage to arrive. Additionally we had the same experience requesting additional towels since they did not provide the turndown service in the evening. I felt the staff in the club lounge were somewhat cold and...

"Centrally located with good access to relevant metro lines."

"Perfect location, amazing rooftop bar, unbelievable value."

"Vi kunne rigtig godt lide stedets beliggenhed, tæt på family mart og seven eleven, tæt på metro, tæt på spisesteder, tæt på shiba park. Vi var dog ikke så vild med stedets rengøring, det var ellers hver anden dag, men de glemte altid noget når der har været rengøring, der var også pletter på vinglassene og vores værelse blev aldrig støvsuget i de 2 uger vi var der."

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Would recommend and stay again."

"Nice spacious room with view of the Tokyo Tower. Comfortable bed and pillows. Also liked the Toto toilet with heated seat. Nice location with the Shiba Park within walking distance."

"Washer and drier needs to be fixed, bathroom needs to be cleaned and bathtub needs to work properly and not flood. Over all poor and terrible. Staff was amazing."
