"The checkin was great. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room was really lovely - big with a large bathroom with lovely big fluffy towels and good quality shower, shampoo and conditioner lotions. We had dinner which was very good."

"This is a lovely, spacious property with a very well equipped kitchen and spacious bedrooms with really comfortable beds. It’s great for families, with lots of books, games and a pool/snooker room as well as a good outdoor space for games and relaxation. Perfect location for the north Norfolk coast. "Well equipped, comfortable and what we wanted but overall the cottage is looking a little tired. The electrics need some attention, the garden is overgrown and untidy and bathroom tap needs a new washer to stop waste of hot water."
