"I had a room with two twin beds on the 16th floor of the hotel. From the room, The room was very spacious, clean, well decorated and the view was spectacular. We had 2 sinks and plenty of counterspace. The toilet, sink areas and shower/bath were all separated, so it made it easy when both of us needed to get ready. The reception/check in counter were very professional, friendly and helpful with information. The only strangeness is that there are two elevators when you try to get to your room,...

"This location is prime if you want to get quick access to any location, to the markets or to Dotonbori. Really impressed. Also the free coffee was a bonus. Great location for shopping and families. Would def stay again. Only challenge is going places in morning as you often have to go through Namba station which can be crazy busy in the AM."

"Wir waren 5 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und es weiter empfehlen. Das Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es stehen Waschmaschinen zur Verfügung. Wir haben sogar einen Shuttle zum Bahnhof bekommen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt."

"Stayed for 26 nights in this newly refurbished hotel. Staff were very friendly and the free light breakfast was a welcomed treat (although very limited). Luggage space under the bed was very helpful for our long stay, meaning all 4 large suitcases were completely out of the way making a small room feel comfortable. Many thanks!"

"Excellent location. Many amenities including a foot massager which is helpful after all of the walking. Bathroom is spacious. Many restaurants and things to see in close proximity. Bed was very firm"

"The annex is new (opened Oct 1 2026) and not too far from namba station. Staff was really helpful and nice. The sky garden 3-bedroom suite we stayed at is beautiful and has a deck as well."

"The hotel was great. Would recommend make an appointment here again."

"This hotel was located above the train station. Very convenient. Check in on 6 th floor. Staff is kind, welcoming and friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean with a view. It is walking distance to a large area of shopping and dining. So many you won’t know which one to pick. You will definitely be walking a lot without even trying. It is fun and interesting. The buffet is good with a view. Great way to start your day with a great yummy buffet breakfast. I really liked this hotel and recommend...
