Plenty if tea and coffee, and if you ran out you could get more from a dish on the landing also a sweet treat if you needed it, which I thought was a nice touch. "Sabina and her father run a fantastic house! Super clean, super helpful, and super convenient location!"

"Very good stay at this hotel great location to York Centre everything within easy walking distance. Very good breakfast with plenty of options for £12 a day and on site parking for £10 a day plus good wifi . They are gradually refurbishing the rooms so some minor attention needed to repairs and bit more attention to cleaning and be full 5 stars. That said I would still stay here as it is now due to its location and excellent staff the small issues mentioned would not spoil your stay."

"The hotel was in great location near the center. The staff were kind and very helpful. The rooms were nice."

"Easy check in with clear instructions for entry and parking. Lovely breakfast, hot and cold options. Clean room with a lovely hot shower. Great location for visiting York. Would happily book again."

"Great location Cute little room"

"Room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a pretty good location too, only 10 minute walk to city centre. Check in and checkout was very straightforward and there’s maps available at the front desk of the city centre and surrounding areas, staff at front desk explain very well how to get to places. Would stay again on my next trip to York :)"

"Lovely room in a great location, wide variety of breakfast options to choose from"
