"Resort was a perfect mix. One side had a grand view of Mt. Fuji, the other side looked out into the theme park (Fuji Q Highlands). Hotel Guests had free access to the Onsen next door and had an enclosed walkway for access. The onsen was clean and had a great payment system for items you need (vending machines, souvenirs etc...); electronic bracelet that allowed you to purchase from venders & souvenir stoors. "My favorite stay thought my trip. The beds were uncomfortable but I figured they would be as I booked a traditional style room with mats on the floor. Otherwise, the staff was just wonderful, there was laundry by the office and everything you needed in that room! Everything is so close by including the station, and if you book here, be sure to try the bakery with the black label on the corner and the soy ramen across the main road hiding up the stairs (also sells tacos). I do not remember their names but I can guarantee they are the best! The ramen was the best ramen I had throughout my whole trip. I cannot rave enough about the staff and stay at this hotel! Book it, you will not be disappointed! "

"We come to Yokohama every year, but this was our first stay at The Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu. The room was very clean. The pictures do not do justice to how nice the space is. The balcony rooms have wonderful views of the bay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. There are so many places to eat and shop nearby. By far this is one of our new favorite hotels in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again next year. It exceeded our expectations. "
