"Check in was smooth, apartment was spotless! It's spacious, well lit and well appointed. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. Note that salt/sugar & coffee/tea provided, no other spices or oil. Host provided laundry detergent which was so appreciated.Bathroom floors are heated which felt really luxurious. I'd 100% recommend a stay here if you have a vehicle. There are multiple restaurants to walk to but downtown Queenstown is a 10 min drive. We enjoyed the peaceful setting "

"The beds were like rocks , there is no view no outdoor private area and no airconditioning in the bedrooms or up stairs so you have to leave windows open and as the units are all squeezed in like sardines (close to 50) outside is very noisy. "

"The house was just perfect for our family. Hosts Tim and Jan were very welcoming and accommodating. The house had everything we needed for our stay including games toys and books for both children and adults. Also the fabulous family photos of the family that grew up in the home along the walls made you picture what it would be like to grow up there. The gardens were absolutely fabulous with spectacular views from the multiple viewing points around the home.. The wild life all came out to visit us including the baby Quails. We had a perfect few days here and will definitely recommend to others. "

"Magnificent property. Very clean with top notch fittings and fixtures and wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. The beds were very comfortable with quality linen. Very well appointed kitchen with some basics available to assist during the stay. Easily walkable to Arrowtown, but in a lovely quiet new sub-division."
