"Lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside we had with our stay was that it was so cold. Reception area, hallways and main dining lounge were very cold and uninviting. Our bedroom heater also automatically switched off at midnight each night and wouldn't turn on for hours, which was very frustrating. "The level of luxury provided at Coronet Ridge is top tier. I was upgraded to the Executive Shotover Suite which was spacious and warmed by fireplace that was double-sided between the lounge and bedroom.
