"We stayed in the deluxe cabin and it was exactly what we asked for. The place itself was warm and all the amenities were provided which was helpful. We found the staff very nice and accomodating and the free shuttle to town was a nice touch. Only comment on our cabin was that one of the wall heaters in the room wasn’t working"

"Amazing on maintaining our room every day. Giving us fresh towels every single day, that’s already awesome. About the breakfast, you should try to serve fried eggs or poached eggs as well. But aside from that, our stay was awesome especially the bus stop is just outside the hotel. You dont need to rent a car if you’re staying in Queenstown for your whole trip. Bus fare is cheaper. Cheers"

"Great host. Chalet clean. Beds very comfortable. Good location. Great view. We were a party of 6 adults and stayed for 7 nights. Everybody agreed that the Hideaway Chalet was perfect for our needs. It gets 'a '5 Star Rating from all of us!"

"A truly unique and amazing home. This house is the perfect combination of an owner who uses the house as a vacation home and a management company that does an outstanding job at communication and service. The house is incredibly well equipped with an actual high-end espresso machine, a Nespresso machine, a slushy/smoothie machine and a kitchen with lots of condiments, spices, and cooking essentials. The rooms are large and comfortable, the common areas are gigantic. There is a home theater room and an outdoor hot tub. We visited in winter so didn’t use the beautiful outside dining area featuring a huge wood-fired oven and grill. The kitchen is built for cooking, which is convenient as the area (Arthur’s Point) is about a 10-minute ride to central Queenstown. There are hiking paths just outside the front door. We were there with two adults and two teens, but the house can easily accommodate two couples and four kids. This property is actually better than the description— it’s a rare find and well worth an extended stay. Very highly recommended!"

"Great apartment away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown but only a short drive away. There is a small shop and a few eateries within walking distance. Quite small for 4 people but perfect for 2! Warm and cosy and well equipped. The host was was great at keeping us informed and check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again."

"This property is great for families skiing at coronet peak. Away from the centre of Queenstown but only minutes to the bottom of the mountain. Great little pub across the way if you don’t want to cook. But we cooked most nights. Only small thing was upstairs beds were pretty firm"

"Very nice house—clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need for a great stay. The property management team was friendly and very helpful throughout our visit. Being on the ground floor made access easy, especially with the assigned parking space right outside. The location is excellent, just a short drive to Coronet Peak for skiing. Arthur's Point is also a great place to stay, offering a peaceful setting away from the traffic congestion in central Queenstown."
