"This was our third time at Playa Maroma. A quiet smallish resort with great food .We love the authentic Mexican vibe and the jungle setting. Lots of wonderful seating areas though our the complex.Great coffee shop. Lots of wild life viewing. Even got to see monkeys this time around. The only con was the misleading phone call saying that since we were repeat customers they wanted to give us complimentary massages etc. Turns out it was just a pitch for a modern twist on time share type privileges. No complimentary gifts once we turned down the pitch. Not impressed."

"We picked this all-inclusive, because it is well-rated for service, food and is noted for being a quiet, all adult resort, with a great beach. We were not disappointed - we had a rejuvenating relaxing beach holiday. There was a bit of a sales pitch, when booking our dinner reservations, for their vacation club, but we were firm in letting them know, thank you, but, no thank you, and that was the end of the sales pitch, so no issues. Overall, good value for our time and money. Recommend. :)"
