"The room was entered into whilst at the gym, cash & credit card stolen. There is no safe in the room. Staff couldn't have been more unhelpful. Requested keycard log. They took a very long time to produce it, long enough to tamper with? Log then showed no entry by any staff keycard. CCTV requested, none in corridors only elevators. Help to phone the police to report? Nope, said there is no point as all they will say is there is no evidence of room entry & no CCTV to support the allegation. Could...

"The reception staff were incredibly helpful. Especially Steve who went that extra mile to ensure we were looked after. Swimming pool exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend a stay at this lovely hotel"

"Soggiorno piacevole, la camera era pulita, il bagno un po piccolo il lavandino, un po difficile da utilizzare, personale molto cordiale e disponibile, c’e la possibilita di riempire l’acqua per la camera, la colazione abbastanza completa e buona, ci siamo trovati molto bene. "

"Great location. Warning… no separation of living space and shower area but a sheer curtain. Okay for couples, but awkward for friends. Staff was wonderful. Hotel was under construction but still quiet enough"
