"Loved this property. The neighborhood is central and lively. We spend a big anniversary week here and now will be back. The hotel is beautiful, well designed and list goes on."

"This is a solid 3.5 star hotel. 1) They couldn’t make a reservation with a well known restaurant for me because they don’t have a relationship with the restaurant any longer 2) they dilute the shampoo and conditioner with water !!! 3) neither the bathroom sink or shower drains worked and 4) they served cold scrambled eggs. Worst, when approached with these issues, no apology given! We promptly checked out and went to the Park Hyatt !!!!!! "

"Small rooms, air conditioning wasn’t working room got hot. Opened windows but lawrence was extremely helpful and professional. Rodrigo went above and beyond to help throughout our stay"

"The hotel is super well located, 5-10min walking distance to Notre Dame, there are plenty of options to eat around and there’s easy access to public transit. Our room was spacious for Paris standards, the bed and pillows were super comfortable! The hotel has a pool and hammam that are fantastic to relax after a long day of walking around the city! The entrance to the hotel was not super accesible since there are stairs but we took the longer route to avoid the stairs"

"The staff is warm and welcoming. Consistently good service and cleanliness. This was my sixth return to the hotel."

This hotel was quite pricy, and I did not think the value for money was there at the price paid. They could at least offer a complimentary coffee downstairs, or even a welcome drink to enjoy upstairs on their cozy rooftop patio. Unfortunately management has missed an...

"Just the best!"

"Everything exceeded my expectations. Room was clean and not as small as I expected, staff were wonderful and the location was perfect!"

"I loved the service and style, it felt classy, classic & modern. The location was perfect and the staff was really nice. I liked how well the booking process was and the staff communicated very well. It was so smooth. And it smelled really good."

"A very helpful and attentive staff. the breakfast was continintal but there were eggs and sausage for the Americans. I was upghrade to a Deluxe accomodation which made the stay even better. Lots of shopping, food and attractions nearby."

"Breakfast menu was confusing and the staff was not very accommodating to make changes or request special items. Needs improvements especially that there is no restaurant on site and plenty of places to eat around. If you want to be competitive, you need to improve."
