"It was truly amazing! Ari and Mark were superb. We had to leave for JFK airport at 2 am to catch our flight. They waited up and served us coffee and tea and provided us with a bag lunch to go. You can’t beat that! Next visit to New York we will stay there again."

Check in was easy and we even got to check in early, always a plus! Having a small kitchen for leftovers and drinks is a terrific perk! The indoor pool is another treat, especially in the winter! "I went with my kids and husband, and overall we had a good time here. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The pool was great; my kids spent most of their time there during our stay. The food in the restaurant was good, too.
If anything I would say the elevator needs to be replaced and a few other things that are getting updated. "
