"I everything, from entering until leaving our stay was amazing. We hadn’t even left and we were looking at when we would be coming back. The staff were very helpful. Only concern was the noise coming from the spa which was directly below our room, we were not notified that at 7.30am a loud humming noise would be heard. When we do rebook we will be wanting a different room (room 16) apart from that it was great!"

Warm bathroom with hot water which you might think goes without saying, but the previous night we stayed in a hotel without either of those things. Parking onsite which was such a bonus. "The breakfast and staff made this hotel get 5 stars. The rooms were clean, but basic. We used it just for a place to sleep and then have breakfast as a base for visiting the Cotswolds. The restaurant, grounds and serivce was exceptional, and made up for the smaller, basic room."
