"While my recent stay featured some highlights, there were several issues regarding room comfort that I believe warrant attention. Upon arrival, I noted the bedsheets were damaged. Additionally, the mattress was uneven, which significantly impacted my sleep quality. I appreciate the staff's responsiveness; a team member arrived promptly to flip the mattress as a temporary solution. While I value the quick effort, the underlying comfort issue remained. The air conditioning unit was underperforming, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable room temperature. ​ On a very positive note, the breakfast was excellent and easily the highlight of the stay. ​The service and food were impressive, but improvements to the bedding and HVAC systems would greatly enhance the guest experience."

"Seven Hills was excellent. The location was perfect. From the roof restaurant you could see the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia close up. The staff was extraordinarily helpful. The tours they arranged for us were excellent and reasonably priced. We could not have chosen a better place to stay in Istanbul."

"They would not allow me to cancel my reservation after my flights through Dubai were cancelled. I had no way of getting there and requested a credit for future stay. They said no I just took my money. Thieves."

"Very friendly staff. The property was very well maintained and in a perfect location to walk to some of the key sites in Istanbul. Breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. Is by public transportation, although we did not utilize it. Highly recommend and we had a very good experience there."

"Staff was amazing specially Mr. Mustafa who greeted us at the reception and he was very humble and helpful person and helped us in all possible ways. Air conditioning was a little low that kept us a bit hot through night but we didn’t complain so can’t blame the hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was very good and they tried different dishes every day. I would recommend this place to stay. Very close to all attractions. We literally took few minutes of walk to blue mosque, Topkapi palace and Hagia Sophia. Tons of shops and restaurants close by. "
