Seven Hills Palace & Spa

"Comfortable and clean. Convenient hotel to visit the old city and historic sights around Sulanahmed. Safe district - a few minutes walk from the airport transfer bus stop, and a few options for eating close by. Other public transport options more limited from here however. I stayed in a queen-sized room in the Annex. The annex rooms in more residential apartment blocks immediately outside at the rear of the hotel (20 seconds) a which was fine for a business trip, but felt less hotel and glamorous compared to the overall pictures of this hotel. It was quiet and still comfortable. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast - sufficient options. Spa - sauna/steam room/hamam are included and relaxing (additional options available at a cost). I would suggest the hotel provides guests with information booklets in their rooms (eg WiFi code, instructions for the safe, phone numbers, breakfast, spa, restaurant and check out times, local info etc) as very little was provided at check in unless asked for. I never received my welcome or complimentary drinks, which is a shame but I wasn't too fussed so never asked either. Overall - a good option for a few nights."

"The hotel is perfectly situated to explore The Blue Mosque, Topkapi Pakace and Hagia Sophia on foot. The T1 tram is only a few minutes walk which takes you out to Dolmabahce Palace. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice for all tastes. The staff are courteous and helpful. I'd recommend this hotel to all folk wanting to explore Istanbul on foot or by public transport."
