"Enjoyed our stay at Belltown inn…everyone was very friendly and helpful. Great location"

"Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was terrible from the moment we arrived. We arrived around midnight to check in and had to wait outside for 5–8 minutes because no one was at the front desk to let us in. Thankfully, another guest staying at the hotel eventually let us inside. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. Our room and bathroom were extremely small and did not feel clean. The carpet was gross, the room smelled terrible, and it was hot and humid because the air...

"This is THE place to stay in Seattle, perfect location. It's close to over 50 fantastic restaurants, less than 2 blocks from Climate Pledge Arena and the rooftop area has some of the best views in the NW. The staff is always super accommodating and the rooms are always clean."

"Perfect location and clean rooms"

"Hairs stuck to the bathroom walls and door and a stinkbug on the bed made me feel uneasy as soon as we checked in. Plus the beds were super uncomfortable. Otherwise, yes, it was a good location and the view from our room was lovely, plus the staff was very kind and helpful."

"1. No towel rack in or near the bathtub/shower. Needed to get out of the shower in order to grab a towel. 2. Nowhere to hang the towel if you wanted to let housekeeping know that you wanted to reuse it. 3. Undersized and very rough, scratchy bath towels 4. No night lite in the bathroom to guide you to it in the pitch blackness of the unfamiliar room. 5. Really sub-par coffee maker, like one you'd expect to get in Motel 6 6. Only one microwave on 15th floor for a hotel with 50+ rooms 7. Only...

"This is a very nice clean version of a cruise ship cabin on land. Compact, everything where you need it. All space is put to good use. Very clean, well maintained property. I would recommend to friends and family."

"I wish the evening night bar was bigger …tried to go after a show at paramount and every table full and nothing else in the area open at 10pm… also I think parking should be included if you are staying at the hotel"

"I liked the concept of this property. The one thing I'd change is making the property more soundproof - that should've happened during the build but this is the only thing I became annoyed with at this property. Not much you can do about others making noise and everyone can hear the slamming / closing doors or how frequently neighboring customer come and go nor can you control how hard they walk or stay up at night or roll luggage across the floor at late hours. Ugh! Annoyed yes, but not much...

"Excellent property. Close to downtown Leavenworth if you are there for seasonal activities. Otherwise, it’s an excellent respite. I can’t recall if the pool has adult only hours, but it would be appreciated if they don’t. The restaurant was absolutely well worth the reservation."

"We were disappointed in our view, overlooking roof tops. The WiFi service was not the greatest! Our breakfast at their restaurant was lousy, cold. But we didnt come in til 10:30 & they close at 11. Maybe our fault!"

"Outdated patchy paint jobs. The handles for the tub were jutting out of the wall. Extreme unprovoked temperature changes with the water while showering"
