"I enjoyed the unique building style. The hotel lobby is clean and grand, and the location is perfect. However, I would have enjoyed my stay much more if the room had been cleaned thoroughly (the phone set is very dusty, the carpet has visible stains on it and not vacuumed properly) The bathroom's sink faucet for hot water kept dripping during my six-day stay. It wasted a lot of water. Also, there is no bathroom fan in the room, so it is kind of damp after each shower/bath. Hopefully, the...

"Have stayed at Apex for the last 3 years. Always a great experience"

"I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable and well presented, and the view was beautiful, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a little getaway. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back again. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"First time staying at this hotel. I was impressed with the property. Looked new, modern, and clean. Room a bit small but that’s par for the course in Europe. Great bathroom and shower. And similar to other reviews, great location in Westminster by Victoria Station. And very good and extensive breakfast buffet (included free)."

"Great Location"

"Cannot checked in before 3pm when my room was ready and insisted to pay 20 pounds fee for early checked in at 1pm. Ive been with them for 8 years and met the most ignored manager who does not care or help! Im not coming back!!!"

"All good"

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"

"Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options. The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."

"It was a wonderful hotel, the stay was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Stayed here many times, never had an issue, great location walkable to the Royal Albert Hall, stones throw from Gloucester rd tube"
