"Room was clean, staff were more than friendly and helpful for anything needed. Food is delicious and the atmosphere at the bars are brilliant. The fact you get to use the spa facilities (pool & gym) is also an added bonus. Would definitely recommend for a nice weekend break away or even just a night."

Property was tidy, code was given on day, parking space available with permit left on table, beds comfy, powerful shower. Quite area, floorboards are loose which rattles the floor and wardrobes. Don't know about area. No teabags or milk so bring your own. Thank you for the stay much appreciated. "

"This is a little gem of a hotel situated only a 10-15 min walk from Boston town centre. From the moment we arrived we were looked after. It was our base for the Bank Holiday weekend. The room was lovely, with great facilities including a fridge and large TV, as well as a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and was a fantastic selection for a continental style breakfast. "Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "
