"The room was on the 1st floor so there was no worries about overhead footsteps. There is a lift so there is no problem taking cases upstairs. The room was clean and fresh. We had a room with a balcony. It was so relaxing sitting out for an hour. On arrival the staff at reception were very helpful. I had left a plug extension the previous weekend and one of the hotel housekeepers brought it to our room. Love coming to this hotel and recommend it. Especially if you're a golfer."

"Very nice location - in a wealthy enclave. Excellent footpath along a canal takes you most of the way into Lincoln (3-4 mile walk). Great pub, decent food. If you want up market restaurants, there are a few within a 5 minute walk in the neighboring area. Quite area, nice and clean."

"I stayed for two nights the caravan was spotlessly clean as was the caravan site..you could park outside your caravan also. it was quiet and peacefull where I was.. lots to do for the children I didn’t use the restaurants and bars but seemed plenty of choice.."

"1st Bedroom needed to be renovated but Emma on reception give me an upgrade to a lovely room upstairs I enjoyed the pool spa area steam & Sauna."

"Great hotel. Should be 4 star not 2 star. Staff were exceptionally helpful and rooms were great, would not hesitate to stay here again. Hopefully they do dinner next time."
