"The hotel was clean. The breakfast was a full British breakfast with real bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, cereal, etc. Walking distance to terminal 4 Heathrow. Free transfers to terminals 2,3 & 5. It is one of the best stays I’ve had at Holiday Inn Express anywhere in the world. Will stay there again."

"We liked this place, didn't love it. There was no way to regulate the room temperature. We also noticed that the bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan. The walls need some sound-proofing. It was priced right. The neighborhood was great. It was a quick walk to the tour buses and British Museum. The breakfast was pretty good for the price. The street noise was very loud. All in all, it was a good place for the price we paid."

"The Cumberland was a decent hotel overall. The bed was somewhat comfortable, you could feel its age and the underpinnings were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was clean but there were spots on the ceiling that raised some eyebrows. Gym was clean and well stocked. Reception was overall very helpful except for delays in housekeeping/maintenance arriving to solve a plumbing issue. Great value for money for London and the location for time of year."
