"Lovely spa weekend break. Staff amazing. Great amenities all well looked after. Beautiful grounds to walk in. Great choice of places to eat. Only minor concern was lack of marked parking spaces - some guests were thoughtless. Marked spaces would reduce this problem. "

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel in Watford and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
A special shoutout to Allen at reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and made check-in seamless. He answered all my questions with a smile and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
At the bar, Belle and Ashwin were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made the bar feel like a relaxed, welcoming place to unwind after a long day. Their service was top-notch, and their warm personalities really stood out.
Overall, a great stay made even better by the amazing team. I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Watford!

"I’m generally never give bad reviews and could have overlooked that this place was not clean, rotten food in the fridge, broken curtains on the floor, terrible communication with the owner while trying to find our way to the door (FYI, second floor), Then I had to ask for the key code. What put me over the edge giving such a negative review is the fact I had to climb out of a window because we were trapped in the house as the front door would not open from the inside. We only need to stay here for six hours prior to going to Heathrow and heading home, I wish we would’ve slept in the car "
