"I recently stayed here and had an okay stay. It's an old property but it's decently maintained even though it could use some refurbishing. The rooms are huge. I stayed in the Super Double Room and it was a very large, especially as a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable and I had no trouble sleeping. Breakfast was really good, lots of options, both Japanese and western. The location is just okay, it's far from the centre of Osaka and you cannot walk anywhere, but the subway is nearby which was...

"Extremely convenient location with fantastic views of either the inlet or the park. Check in and check out was easy. Room was dated, needed updating, and smelled like Body Odor. They had amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, washcloths, etc."

"Very close to train station...2 minute walk. There is a very convenient 7-11 store and McDonald's within the same 2 min walk. This hotel was also very close to the Osaka Castle which was really nice because my walking Osaka tour meeting point was just a 2 minute walk across the street. The rooms are roomy and comfortable. They have a fridge (which is nice for chilling those 7-11 egg sandwiches and Japanese beer :)) and electric tea kettle. Nothing fancy here but was able to sleep comfortably and...

"We stayed on the imperial floor and had access to the lounge, gym and swimming pools, and we had breakfast included. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We’d certainly come back!"

"Stayed before, will stay again. Clean, quiet, super value and super convenient with Shin Osaka station an elevator ride away. Rooms are modernistic but sacrifices function for design. Lighting over the desk and bedside is horrible, reading lamp is dim and useless. Massager on chair is nice but attached and is heavy and hard to turn or move. Blocks access to desk. No nightstand or anywhere to put glasses or phone next to bed. No luggage rack or convenient place for access. A coin laundry would be...
