"When traveling into Mammoth and to the resort, be aware it is very dark driving at night. We had a late check-in and Joy was so helpful upon our arrival at the front desk. As she had warned us, there is no A/C but heavy duty room fans/portable ACs are available to turn it on once you get in the room. The accommodations are a bit dated, but I guess appropriate for the mountain appeal. Next time, we hope to enjoy the property and Mammoth longer rather than just passing through to sleep."

"The place looked a bit run down: carpets in the hallway dirty; doors scratched; outside stairs with weeks growing through; rooms okay, but a bit old fashioned decor. However, the receptionist was very helpful, professional and friendly."

"This unique hotel is situated right next to the town. We enjoyed the one-bedroom condo with the kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking."

"These cabins are tucked in the woods, we enjoyed our stay, clean , with full kitchen and two rooms , it was more than perfect. We saw many shooting strats just sitting inside the cabin ! only issue was our stay was short , I would love to go back !"

"I stayed one night at the single room, it was a last minute booking so I didn’t do much research. Super old room, toilet need to flush twice to work, no air conditioning, shower door didn’t shut. The building looks cute outside and the reception area looks nice, that’s about it. Everything is old, the wall is thin, you can hear your neighbors walking or turning on the water, they provide free ear plugs. Room has microwave and a small fridge. Free breakfast was ok, hot tub is a joke, no body...

"Place needs fixer upper, we stood for 1 night with kids and room didn’t seem clean. Beds were not very comfortable. I guess it could be good for single person/ couple but for a family traveling not so great."

"We were provided a room right away when we checked in however, when we opened the door it was immediately seen that the room had not been cleaned and the beds were unmade. We then went to the front desk where he apologized and gave us a new room. When we went into that room, it was turned over however, the comforters were stained with what looked like blood, there was trash in the nightstand drawers, footprints on the wood headboards, yellow stained towels along with just an overall dirty feel....

"We had such a wonderful time here, and the property was breathtaking. The room was spotless, the grounds were beautiful and staff were so sweet and helpful. The property was embedded in shops and restaurants which meant we had everything we needed at our fingertips and we found it very kid friendly. We look forward to coming back for many stays in the future!"
