"*removed by Feefo* didnt let us know that the globe pub where we should have checked in had closed but luckily we managed to find out via Facebook and Sandra at NOSH , told us where we should go which was great , lodge and hot tub fantastic, peacocks walking around wonderful , definitely will be returning thanks again Tony and staff for everything"

The Wheat Shed was so much nicer than the pictures, spacious rooms and spotlessly clean, perfect for our family get together. "Lovely cottage with all the amenities that we required. Situated in a quiet village within close proximity of Penrith. Nice welcome box with tea, coffee etc and even treats for the dog. Good offroad parking at the back of the cottage and an enclosed front garden. Stayed for a week, excellent location for exploring Hadrians wall, lake district and yorkshire dales. "

"Chose the cottage as we needed to be near Skelton and proved to be the perfect spot for us. Excellent base to roam from and to explore the less touristy parts of Cumbria. The cottage itself was well equipped with the host on hand should they be needed but we didn’t experience any issues during our stay."

"We loved Lilac Barn. Perfect for accessing walks in the north lakes and the barn itself was lovely.The beds were really comfy and the setting was very peaceful. Also close to Penrith which had good supermarkets and a nice town centre. The Sun Inn was a really good pub with nice food.We will definitely be trying to book this again soon."
