The room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were unbelievably comfortable—truly the best night’s sleep I’ve had during any of my visits to Veracruz. I’ve stayed in the city before, but this experience surpassed all the others by far. The room/hotel was decently clean and the shower had hot water. One thing to note is there aren’t bedside lamps or charging ports for your phone. It is very close to the Malecón. "
