"The virtual lobby was not something we were used to, but the staff was very helpful when I did leave my phone in my room & needed access. I’m glad I got the executive room which gave us a sitting room & 2 queen beds - it gave us more room. It was clean, but there was some unfinished renovations (paint around sink) & bathroom door was hard to close. Parking was the biggest issue. Paid for parking on designated surrounding streets, but understanding where we can park based on confusing instructions was frustrating. Clearer signage of where we can park would have helped. Location was great & within walking distance of different sites."
