"First time ever, and have stayed at this location several times, I had to pay $7.00 a night to park. Keep in mind this was ON TOP of daily room cost of $293.33. I will think twice about returning. Additionally the room was filthy, carpet looked like it had never been cleaned, dishes left in dishwasher (this was never the experience in past stays). Each day front entrance mopped but... after mopping walked through my sandles made tacking noise as if never cleaned. Very disappointing stay."

"My stay here was not good. Someone’s unleashed dog walking around the lobby, jumping on the couches, people with doors open watching tv full volume, and my room with a strong cigarette odor. Just ghetto. Dealt with it only because my stay was extremely short and I was not in the room for the entire day (would only sleep there after spending the day in the city) I realized how chaotic it was my second day there. It’s important to mention that the lobby seating was disgusting (very dirty so I did...

"It is exactly what you pay for. An inexpensive place for lodging. Staff was pleasant, shower leaked a little. Room was clean, no fridge, no bugs. Motel is off of a very busy street. Latin supermarket within walking distance, lots of local food choices and fast food options. Within a reasonable distance from most anything on the north/ east side of the Bay"

"Ok hotel for the money"

"The room was clean and staff was friendly. They had a gas station across the street which was good."

"I needed a quick no frills place to lay my read, shower and work. This place met all of those needs at a reasonable price."

"Dear Expedia Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent hotel reservation at the Heritage Inn. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable and unsanitary condition. The toilet was loose, the floor was very dirty, the room had a horrible odor, and the bed was in disgusting condition. Due to these circumstances, I felt uncomfortable staying in the room and ultimately decided to leave without staying overnight. I paid for a reservation expecting a clean,...

"Spacious rooms, clean, comfortable. Great breakfast. Easy parking. We will definitely be back here again. We had enough room for our whole family and I have 4 kids!"

"The food taste like your grandma was in the kitchen, and the cleanliness was exceptional. Only drawback was the lackluster business center."

"Noise from freeway is relentless ! Not coming back here again"

"Loved our goodie bags we got as an Expedia perk. Staff were super nice and our room was clean. Microwave is a little funky lookin but it worked just fine. Super close to the Bart which is why I picked it. This is my second time staying and I’ll definitely come back for other Bay Area activities."

"I really appreciate that this hotel makes up the rooms daily. I have stayed here multiple times and have always had a good experience."

"Good room"
