"Room and staff lovely"

"Check in was smooth and easy. Charlie was very pleasant and helpful. The room was prepared well and clean and tidy. Hotel facilities were good. Restaurant food was nicely prepared and presented and was very tasty. The coffee machine (premier room) was a bit of a faff to use but when it was figured out, produced nice coffee. One comment we read said there was a £10 parking charge. This was not the case and parking was free for travellers, but you must register the vehicle at reception."

"Lovely staff on reception desk. Easy check in. My room needed updating though. My son had an upgrade to the new refurbished rooms. Lovely up grade for him. On the whole a lovely stay & breakfast was superb."

"Great location. Warm welcome. All information needed was given. Staff friendly throughout, from reception to bar and restaurant staff. Room clean and well set out. Lovely and warm. Wife made use of the pool which she enjoyed. Food was lovely and reasonably priced."
