Spacious room with picturesque views of gardens and countryside, friendly efficient staff and clean throughout with a large, warm in indoor pool. Delicious breakfast
Our second time here.
Fabulous staff and food. A treat but not too snooty that you feel out of place. Free parking a bonus! Breakfast really good. Room good but bed uncomfortable. Would have preferred a separate shower to one over the bath. All in all though a great stay.
Nice clean room - got an upgrade due to a noisy team building day next to our original room, which was appreciated.
Restaurant food quality was delicious!
Sauna and steam room were a little lacklustre - they could have benefited from being more powerful.
The Hotel was lovely. Great quiet location with everything needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful with what we have asked for. The breakfast was fabulous and very delicious. Same stands for the main restaurant the food was amazing. Only small recommendation I would give is for the spa facilities. They need some improvement. The pool water was not very warm as I was with my small daughter and I would not say is really considered for small children. The sauna as well it was not that hot I had to stay 30min to start feeling it, in some other spa’s I barely can stay for 15min. Even with that we had a great time. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something special. And hopefully the hotel will consider to make some improvements of the spa for the future.
We had a wonderful stay at Billesley Manor Hotel & Spa for 2 nights after Christmas as a family of 5. We have been here before but this time we stayed in the main manor part of the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, breakfast was amazing, dinner was delicious too! Service from everyone who works in the hotel were just brilliant! We’ll definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will no doubt be coming back again.
The manor House was amazing. We wanted to just relax. The facilities available were in great condition the spa was relaxing the food was beautifully presented and delicious and the stuff were kind helpful and happy. We will definitely recommend it will be going back. Thank you.

Very helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Spotless spa and swimming pool.
Let down by quality of breakfast ingredients, dirty plates/glasses (needs someone to check dishwasher and polish glassware).
Easy parking, convenient for Stratford.
I would stay again at a discounted rate, but breakfast elsewhere.
Breakfast good. Sometimes there menus did not have ample quantity

The whole hotel gives a welcoming feeling.
The room we book was beautiful, overlooking the gardens. The bed was so large you could get lost in it.
I loved the quirky library, bar and lounge areas just to sit and relax.
I i would highly recommend
Breakfast selection was good. Fresh ingredients and freshly prepared.Good portions. Good service. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked, and the lounge areas are comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed the pool/sauna & steam room. Dinner menu was ok. Not a massive choice, and a bit pricy. But good food & ingredients.Portions were a bit diappointing though. Overall a great stay and will definately return. The beautiful building & friendly staff really make this place. Also a short drive of just 15 minites to Stratford, which is well worth a visit.
Friendly staff throughout, loved the pool and sauna, spacious and clean room with a view of the fountain and good choice of vegan options on the dinner menu. Food was very tasty and well presented. Didn’t opt for breakfast as early start.
