"The Mitre is a great old hotel, with loads of character. The location is fantastic for all amenities and the staff are very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay."

"All ok. Room was functional which is what you'd expect of the business model. le more."

"Overall good"

"We enjoyed our stay so much the last be this was our second stay in the same hotel. We will be back again and will recommend to our friends"

"Fabulous room and breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel. Definitely will book again."

"Great stay with a great host. Thanks for having us."

"Comfortable room for our one night stopover and very convenient for travelling through Terminal 4."

"Hotel is not walkable from terminal 5 or 2-3 . We had to take 2 trains to get to terminal four. Each train could be up to 30 minutes wait time . It is a transit hotel - price are high and not much amenities. No water provided in your room. Hotel does provide bus shuttle to different terminal for 7 euros. I think I would have been better off choosing a cheaper hotel and take a grab directly which would cost about the same price and less train switching."

"Perfect hotel to stay close to Heathrow Airport. Excellent staff , good breakfast that includes fresh made omelets. Special shout out to Gaelee the hostess for the breakfast lounge, always cheerful and a big smile. Big shout out to Clive , waiter in the breakfast lounge, very friendly and professional at all times."

"Clean and bright rooms. Well laid out everything worked. Staff were super friendly and helpful (especially Marie). Helped to point out dining options and transportation hubs. Great location, close to the Main Street with cafes and eating spots. Close to transit and the underground stations"

"Nice traditional hotel but very few guests in hotel or restaurant . Disappointed that a £50 card deposit taken from my Account and still not refunded almost a week later"

"Beautiful boutique rooms, staff very attentive. Scotty was extremely polite and helpful"

"This hotel is clean and comfortable, conveniently close to Hatton Cross Tube (Piccadilly Line) and Bus Station for exploring and access to/from the terminals. We've stayed here on 2 occasions the night before a long haul flight to Australia, and it suits us perfectly. We explored Richmond and Windsor the first time, and Twickenham this time. We also went into central London for a show. We were in Room 427, which was away from the lifts and very quiet. The double glazing suppresses aircraft...
