"Room was tiny (think cruise ship small), but very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff was amazingly nice and kind and hotel was in a great location for tube and bus stops (2-3 min walk). Neighborhood was mixed (very working class London), but we had zero issues and as a single female I felt safe walking around). "I had an excellent stay. The location is perfect, close to Sheppards Bush tube station. The neighborhood has a few main attractions (Hyde park, Kensington gardens and palace, Holland park, Design museum) and and a superb selection of restaurants and shops.
