"The Hotel itself is absolutely stunning. It makes one feel like they’ve stepped into the 1930’s with its art deco French colonialism style and haughty couture design we loved elegance of a bygone era. The staff is very nice, friendly and always welcoming. The restaurant is so beautiful. The breakfast buffet has more choices than you can imagine. The host and hostess are a pleasure to greet and always so welcoming and cheerful. Our room was beautiful with a beautiful view of Fansipan Mountain. If you have a chance to stay here you will feel as though you treated yourself to elegance and function as it’s close to everything especially the cable car ride up the mountain. The entrance is literally through the hotel. "

"We got to our hotel late at night, we rang the bell and someone came straight away to check us in. However when we went to our room our door was wide open and the bathroom floor was wet as if someone had gone and had a shower in there. The staff were very helpful and took us to another room which was great! Lots of mold on the wall and the room is very small. A few stains on the bed sheets but everything else seemed clean. The hotel itself is extremely noisy. We stayed there for two nights and both night there was screaming and shouted all throughout the night so I wouldn’t recommend if you want a quite chill place to stay. Overall it was a good stay. The staff were lovely and very attentive. "

"Nice views and that’s about it. Poor breakfast buffet and staff could not manage demand well. Cleanliness was poor, refillable glass bottles for drinking water were not washed and microbial growth could be see below lids. Shower curtains has mildew and mold on them. Washroom exhaust fan was disgusting and not cleaned. Tub drain leaked all over floor. So much potential but poor management and lack of staff training evident. "

"The mountain view was exceptional our TV sound was very muffled and the heat a/c was a little finicky. But overal i can't say enough about the staff they were excellent and always there to help. Breafast was a great way to start the day and was very filling"
