"I had a fantastic stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains—waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. The location is also perfect: close enough to the town center for convenience, but still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Overall, Sapa Horizon Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is beautiful, from the lobby to the dinning area, and to the room itself. Get the breakfast buffet. Just do it. Also, the shuttle to and from the city center was the cherry on top!"

"It was a beautiful property. We received hot chocolate when checking in. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfy. The pool was lovely and a great amentity if travelling with kids. Unfortunately, the kids room was closed when we were there so we never got a chance to use it. The breakfast buffet was amazing - something for everyone! The location was great. Would recommend. "

"For what I paid I was pleased. The hotel is a bit tired. The rooftop bar is great. The location is very central. The sound insulation is basically nonexistent - take earplugs with you! "

"We got to our hotel late at night, we rang the bell and someone came straight away to check us in. However when we went to our room our door was wide open and the bathroom floor was wet as if someone had gone and had a shower in there. The staff were very helpful and took us to another room which was great! Lots of mold on the wall and the room is very small. A few stains on the bed sheets but everything else seemed clean. The hotel itself is extremely noisy. We stayed there for two nights and both night there was screaming and shouted all throughout the night so I wouldn’t recommend if you want a quite chill place to stay. Overall it was a good stay. The staff were lovely and very attentive. "
