Very lovely hotel. Nice rooms. Given it’s at the bottom of hill from town, expect to take taxis back and forth because it’s all up hill and away from city centre.

Wonderful stay at Fansipan View hotel. We arrived early on the overnight bus from Hanoi and were able to leave our luggage prior to check in. They also have one shower on the main floor for guests to use. Linh, at front desk, was super helpful in providing recommendations on places to visit. The hotel room is as shown in photos. The daily breakfast includes a selection of local and western cuisine with different options provided daily. Easy access to local attractions by Grab/taxi or scooter.

The staff here deserve a six star review, I have never stayed in such more friendly, helpful hotel, the room was beautiful, and the view was outstanding looking at the valley. The staff went beyond helping me and making me feel comfortable, and directing me in the proper direction for visiting and tours, etc., hats off to this hotel amazing.

The perfect place to enjoy Sapa

This hotel has been an unexpected surprise. The location is perfect, just at the end of the city center with amazing views to the mountains, but only 10 min walking distance. We had the mountain view room with balcony and it has been a great choice. The heated pool on the deck is great to relax in between with breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet had lots of variations and the staff was super helpful and friendly. The perfect place to enjoy Sapa.

A place to Come again and again.

A big Thank you to the team supervised by a wonderful manager. We had the best time. And when I could not get a bus back to Hanoi, she got it done within minutes. Talking about the hotel, it is 7 minutes walk to Moana and about 12 minutes walk to sunworld.
