"Staff was helpful… not easy to find initially as Grab dropped us at the wrong spot and we had to call the hotel to pick us up (which they did!). Nice location, amazing view with solid dining options in the area. Loved the cats and the lovely breakfasts."

"this hotel room was beautiful and had the perfect mountain view. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. food and coffee were delicious. i got a shampoo/face spa for the first time. the lady was amazing! they also gave advice on when it was a good time to visit. all in all, my 2nd favorite hotel ive gone to in my lifetime"
