"The breakfast was wonderful. The front desk staff and all staff we met ion the premises were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that our toilet paper was not refilled and we ran out just before we checked out."

"Every aspect of service from staff was wonderful but hallways and elevators definitely needs improvement. Some rooms have ridiculously small closets and weirdly set up washrooms that’s why I had to be moved.Problem was resolved promptly and to my satisfaction. Breakfast as well as afternoon tea were wonderful. Dinner not so much with overcooked salmon and not enough proper dining tables. You have to sit at the low lounge tables."

"The location is excellent and in general we were happy with our stay, but the bed in our room was very old and the mattress sagged so we both ended up rolling to the middle. Made for a terrible night's sleep."

"Our room was spacious and comfortable but it could have used on more light. Maybe something on the ceiling. One thing I would change is the in room coffee maker. It is not great and it makes lousy coffee. Every thing else was great."
