"The property was very clean and beautiful. We felt safe there."

"Muy buen hotel y a buen precio"

"The hotel was excellent and the trails on site were amazing. We saw a roving pack of coati"

"Wir waren für zwei Nächte auf unserer Costa Rica - Rundreise dort. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, was vor allem am Personal gelegen hat. 100%ige Empfehlung."

"No words I can write could ever do this place justice. The views are unbelievable and the amenities in the room go above and beyond expectations! There were umbrellas, card games, a telescope for looking at the stars, an outside lounge net, a hot tub on the balcony, and even the shower had a window with an amazing view! Alex was so welcoming and friendly! He recommended the best dining spots and brought us on a night-walking tour and a guided tour of the Monteverde Hanging Bridges!"

"Excellent place to stay!!"

"Un coup de cœur dès notre arrivée! Tout nous a plu au Con Corazón : le cadre magnifique à flanc de montagne, la déco épurée et colorée, la chambre impeccable et confortable, les petites attentions… Et le déjeuner, délicieux et copieux : un vrai 10/10! On s’est sentis tellement bien accueillis. Savoir que notre séjour...

"Great breakfast in the morning. Clean hotel. You can book excursions through the hotel with ease."

"Great experience here. Only reason for the 4 star overall was because the price is high for what you get, the free breakfast was very limited due to the season we went and the jacuzzi’s were under maintenance so couldn’t be used."

"Bonito lugar. Personal atento"

"The staff was super nice. Breakfast was good. This is a budget friendly hotel in a great location, walking distance to downtown. We did the Monteverde coffee tour: it was super instructive. We also recommend Choco Cafe: the food was sooo delicious!"

"Find a better newer structure where at least they give you soap, this place amenities are deplorable"

"We stayed for three nights. The rooms were spacious, clean, with comfortable beds. The staff is amazing (I’d like to call out Adonis who is part of the dining/bar staff) and very helpful. The breakfast is also really nice. It is conveniently located a short walk from the town center. Overall, ticked all the boxes."

"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort! From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by beautiful scenery and a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. The highlight for us was definitely the hot springs. They were amazing! There’s something so special about relaxing in the naturally warm thermal waters, surrounded by such beautiful surroundings. We could have spent hours just enjoying the pools and soaking up the atmosphere. The resort has so much to offer, and it was the perfect...

"Great rustic vibe, we saw a lot of wildlife right outside out door"
