"Everything was well manicured and beautiful. Property is gorgeous and check in was easy. My only recommendation would be to ditch the foam mattress beds. There really soft and after in them for a few with the wife we would sink in the middle lol. But everything else was perfect"

"Staff were so helpful and it was easy to book excursions through the hotel. Good, central location. Bring cash - dollars or colones - for booking excursions. Recommend sloth tour with Armando if you have kids, and any of the excursions with Hotel Los Lagos as they end in hot springs and natural cool pools with water slides and a wet bar."

"Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits à cet hôtel et avons passé par Expédia pour la réservation. Le matin même Expédia nous informe que nous ne pouvons pas aller dormir à l'hôtel que nous avons choisi car l'hôtel ne pouvais pas nous recevoir pour problême avec l'hôtel. Nous avons eu un très bon service avec Expédia qui nous a dirigé vers un autre hôtel. Par contre nous étions très déçu que l'hôtel n'ai pas respecté leur engagement envers nous."
