"Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located and attached to a mall with several food options and access to Mong Kok East MTR station. We traveled as a family of 4 and my kids loved the hotel pool. The pool is actually much larger than it appears in the photos on the website and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice both the pool and change areas were. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!"

"The room is relatively small, however they provide most of the amenities you need. The shower is really nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel location is good and easy to walk to bus stops. There is a cafe on the ground floor with nice local breakfast. "

"Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich gut. Wir haben es sehr genossen, alle Variationen die man sich denken kann. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln,der Tausch gestaltete sich kompliziert. Die Lage war sehr zentral, wohnt man zur Straße raus, ist es natürlich auf der Hauptstraße sehr laut. Wir hatten das erste Zimmer jedoch nicht zur Straße. Es fahren Busse und U Bahnen direkt an der Straße. "

"I did not use the airport shuttle (I didn't even know about it!). The breakfast buffet is awesome and worth the extra UK$100 each day. You can get everything and eat as much as you want. I never got a chance to check out the Metropark Kowloon Club on the 17th floor, and wish I knew more about that too. Anyway: great room, clean, great staff, convenient location!"

"The room is clean but not as spacious. Also, keep in mind before u book it that if u are going to this hotel make sure you are arriving via taxi/uber and if u have suitcases and planning to walk you will be climbing a steep hill. "
