"The location to central Exeter city centre"

"Lovely rooms, central for trains and city centre, but quiet."

"Fantastic location. Super friendly staff."

"I booked through Expedia which meant the hotel didn't get the information to turn the room into a twin. So we had to put up with that for a night. We weren't massively impressed by that, nor by being tossed 2 free drinks card - undoubtedly to make us feel better about the unresolvable situation - which we didn't use because I find this people management system quite insulting. However, it was rectified in the morning by housekeeping. Housekeeping kept the tea and coffee well stocked and there...

"Staff were very kind and considerate during the stay. Unfortunately, the rooms leaked a lot of sound. We are aware we’d likely hear the road during our stay due to proximity, but we hadn’t considered we might hear every move and sound from the surrounding rooms. "There was an issue with the radiator in my room. Staff were very helpful they offered me a heater or to change room. I opted to change room and they moved my belongings for me whilst I was out. It was seamless. The bar staff were very friendly and service was quick. Overall I enjoyed the comfort and friendliness of everyone. A very pleasant weekend despite storm Austin."

"The staff so helpful"

"Excellent location. Room had everything needed. Would stay again."

Same for bathroom. Snib removed from Yale lock in bedroom so could not lock ourselves in overnight, which was disconcerting (imagine it is so management can access). Breakfast luke warm but fine. Fine for price and for...

"I booked a last minute one night stay. A very convenient location for staying just off the M5. The room was very nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. The shower powerful and warm. Dinner in the pub was delicious and a good range of drinks offerings. Definitely recommend. Staff were also friendly and helpful."
