"Clean room and lobby. Pool needs to be cleaned and updated. Looks like the hot tub has been under construction for several years but does not state on website so I booked thinking there was a hot tub. Prices to high for the area because it was a holiday weekend. Breakfast was decent. Great parking."

"Welcoming reception, excellent buffet, loved love hotspot in pool, all housekeeping staff very helpful and attentive. Easy location to find an a fair fair price. PS I spoke to a staff member maybe at the central office who was quite rude. I hung up on him and booked through Expedia. I’m so glad I did it that way but normally I like to go directly through Best Western. Thank goodness all the reception staff and reservations were so so friendly upon my arrival."
