The room was clean and the staff was nice enough. the gym was well equipped. They didn’t clean the rooms every day which was interesting. We weren’t aware of that so was surprised to find our room uncleaned after returning from being out. It’s not that big of a deal but they should have informed us. They also charge $3 per 16oz water bottle which is a bit outrageous.

The room was clean and the lobby. They have a nice pool. The only think was the breakfast was a bit expensive. Not worth the money. I drove out and found a nice restaurant the following day for breakfast

Room was clean, staff was accommodating, helpful, and friendly Was disappointed that a complimentary continental breakfast was not available as is at most hotels. Also not having the room cleaned daily is a bit disappointing always appreciate coming back to a nice clean room with fresh linen etc.

Arrived in the evening after a long day of traveling. Check in was flawless the staff was very helpful. We arrived on property in the evening and chose this location as they have a full kitchen. We planned on getting dinner onsite. However once the young lady sat us she advised us that the kitchen closed at 9, it was 8:39 so e figured we would order something light. However after seating us and checking with the kitchen she advised us that the cook was shutting down the kitchen and that ONLY items from the deep fryer would be available. Needless to say we were not looking forward to greasy fried options i asked if any of the salads would be available to order, she said unfortunately no. So we had to go offsite for a meal since the cook decided to close the kitchen early. That was the only bad note on an otherwise nice hotel.

This newer property was comfortably furnished with current design and updated linens. The room layout was wonderful with a designated dressing area, fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom while not overly large was a comfortable size with a large shower. There’s a bar and restaurant on property that we didn’t use but the aroma from the restaurant was wonderful! I took a star off for maintenance because while the facility was excellently maintained, the flower beds in the parking lot looked as though they hadn’t been touched in months. The weeds were thigh high! We will definitely stay here again.

The head housekeep Stephanie went above-and-beyond to make my stay safe, comfortable, and special. These folks are always very accommodating and professional. The property is always clean, spacious, and accessible. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone; it is by far the nicest in the Visalia area I've ever stayed at.

Staff was friendly and place was clean. However, there was an additional $15 per night parking fee. This was hidden in the fine print and it was too late to cancel the reservation. Thought this should have been included in the per night fee. Where else are you going to park?!
