"Easy check-in and out. Newly renovated. Nice comfortable beds. Great shuttle service to and from airport. Breakfast starts at 5 am, but we had to leave at 5, so was able to grab coffee and a few things to go. Would have liked to stay longer but this was just for overnight layover."

"Too much traffic noise from the highway. Needs better/thicker curtains to help drown out the noise. Shower rod was loose & dipped down - so the curtain would not stay in place - floor was a wet mess after each persons shower - very dangerous for kids/older people or someone that didn’t see the water. Bed was comfy, AC worked great, fast elevators & staff was friendly. We chose it for the location - next door to where the state bowling tournament was held & we could walk over. Didn’t get to eat...

"Couldn’t find the sheets for the pull out. Went to the desk to ask. Staff told me where to find them. The bag had previously used sheets and blanket with 1 pillow. Please have cleaning personnel check this when servicing the room."

"Loved the lounge and room was very clean and perfect size for 2 guests!"

"Convenient location that is very clean and well maintained. The staff at check-in was very nice and it made checking in late at night after traveling a little less stressful."

"The room was clean, staff was nice, im not sure if they had breakfast tbh. I didn't pay much attention to that since I would leave very early. Parking was good"

"The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was also perfectly located for everything we wanted to do on our trip, making exploring the area completely stress-free. As an added bonus, the parking felt very safe and secure, which gave us great peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend this property and stay here again."

"My was never cleaned during my stay. I checked in Thursday; my checkout was supposed to be Sunday morning. I checked out early, Saturday about 4 pm. I felt like I should have been credited some for leaving early, if I would have stayed I wouldn’t have had a clean towel to shower with because y’all didn’t clean the room. Sorry, but I had a bad experience and I usually never complain. Y’all had plenty of time to clean the room because I was always gone during the day."

"None of the lamps on the bedside table worked and while there was a fridge, there was no where to plug it into. Same for the lamp by the tv. Great staff, just kept getting back to my room late and didn’t want to bother someone at 2 am to fix a fridge. Otherwise it was a good stay"

"Staff was not friendly, room phone did not work, staff offered no assistance with the matter"

"The whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt."

"Very nice hotel with friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable modern room with plenty of conveniences."

"Clean, well maintained hotel. Friendly staff. Free shuttle back to the airport after your stay."

"This is an excellent hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Bathroom was really nice and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. There's a great cafe next to the lobby. Highly recommend."
