"The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff! Although the newly renovated rooms are also great. There were some quirks while we were there- the elevators were broken, with 3 out of 4 of them out of service at the same time. Additionally, the hotel should provide parking vouchers for the parking garage which has been complimentary for the past several decades. But the location, the service, and everything else about the hotel is fantastic."

"Beautiful view from our room. Front desk was absolutely amazing. I mentioned how beautiful the lake was and they made sure to give me a room to over look the lake. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. "
