"Positives: Value for the money, the beds were awesome, water was hot, locationNegatives: The pool wasn't clean as stated, the house was dirty with dust on the furniture, and debris and dust on the floor (When we got there, we started cleaning, sweeping, dusting, and cleaned the pool), poor communication by the owner, at least two toilets were stopped up and no way to unstop them, sofa had a tear, Wi-Fi didn't work as per the printed instructions but was able to access it after receiving further directions, ceiling leaked, had to work to get the fridge to close, bottom heating element in oven was apparently not working."

"The house is amazing and amenities can't be beat. We did have to reach out to the property manager for some help with a few things so I would suggest a house manual that people can read to help answer some questions. The property manager was very responsive and quick. The outside looked unkept, but the lawn maintenance came the very next morning and was able to clean it up to acceptable for our use. It's a great place and we will be back."

"Beautiful home "

"Could not adjust thermostats and was very cold entire stay. Property facing a very busy 4 lane street so there is vehicular noise all day and night. Upstairs patio doors poorly fitted so noise is more pronounced. Steep narrow staircase to upstairs bedrooms. One of the double sinks in en-suite was stopped and would not drain."

"We booked this the day before we arrived. We had a family emergency and needed somewhere at short notice in a limited location that was pet friendly. The property manager was very kind and easy to work with. They also allowed us to extend our stay at a very reasonable rate. The house was very clean and there was lots of attention to the decor to make it welcoming and comfortable. The pool wasn’t open as it was not summer but the pool and back yard were spacious.It’s in a nice area - very suburban in a quiet street with restaurants and shopping close by. I highly recommend!"

"Great host!!! Great house!! Very communicative and helpful the whole time. We had our original trip scheduled for February but a major winter storm came through and we needed to change our reservation. They gladly moved the dates with no problem. The house was amazing. Super clean and huge. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great back patio for outside and cool screened in sunroom with a ping pong table. Other games as well. We were message during our stay to see if everything was ok and if we needed anything. That goes a long ways. You don't hear from most. Thank you for the wonderful house and great hospitality. I most definitely recommend the house and host to anyone looking for a great house with plenty of room inside and out. "
