The beds were comfortable

The hotel could have been better. The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient. The staff was very friendly. The hot breakfast was only a waffle maker and there was a long line. There was also a bad smell in the room but we couldn’t figure out where it came from.

The motel was sufficient with no frills. The A/C worked well, the bathroom and shower were clean and worked well. The whole room was very clean and was great for a good night's sleep. It was rught next to great shopping and restaurants. If you're passing through and need a clean place to stay, this is it!

Location was great! Property was old and semi-clean. Very noisy with sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours of the night. Didn’t feel like a safe place.

Staff was nice and friendly, helpful. Clean in common areas. Bed was alright. Good price and big rooms, fridge and microwave clean. Would I stay again, yes. Breakfast was good and quiet area. I didn’t see any bugs till the next morning and staff did write down, so it could be addressed. (Could have been brought in from a previous guest).

Each employee at Quality Inn understands " Quality" and "Value". Everyone who I had an experience is fully understands and provides a " Customer First Experience".
