2/10 Terrible

"I had the plan to enjoy your hotel with my family in San Diego…but your hotel was in construction, and when I make the reservation nobody tell me about it… workers were leaving there, your pool was closed… your building was dirty because the construction that you didn’t say anything… I flying in for 3 nights… we have to find another place to hang out. Your staff was unfriendly… “yes, no… I don’t know”… the Jorge guy was … “ why you need my name???”… And told me he is paying for speak English not Spanish when I discovery he can speaks Spanish … and about “breakfast included?” You put some apples and coffee in the same small room with the “front desk” … no lobby no privacy… what a joke … and your people now but they play like everything is good and I don’t know what are I talking about!!! … very expensive for this very bad experience 👎"

"Overall we have a great time when we come here. I’m not sure what had happened last time we had to wait over an hour for our room to be ready. Not so easy with a car full of food because we were not wanting to leave the property after arriving. Not being able to settle in to are rooms was not so great and having to wait in a long line also . I’m sure everyone was doing their best but rooms should be ready for guests to arrive. Check out time should have been accommodated . Also make sure to bring kitchen supplies if you’re planning to use the kitchen. Also bring your own towels and wash if necessary because they might not give you more. They do not clean your room while you’re staying there either so also plan to pick up after yourself and take out your trash."
