The newly remodeled room was great. We had an issue with our first home and that’s when they upgraded our room. If you go to this place, please ask for the remodeled room it’s worth the price.

A scam the picture showing where you can walk to the beach you can't and then when you ask about it they tell you walk down two blocks and turn left it's just they're just trying to get money they charge me twice didn't even call me back to let me know anything the man has attitude the only thing they have is a staircase leading to a neighborhood with a bunch of houses that you can't even get to the ocean big scam they overcharge for something's not even what they describe you cannot walk to the ocean that picture I took is not from the hotel where he looks like you can walk to the ocean from the hotel no you can't I lead you to a bunch of houses and they have no entrance to the beach you have to walk streets there is no private walkway to the beach they lied I asked him before we got there and when we got there she gave me different instructions it's the treatment and the false advertisement for me. They're fast to hang up on your face and then you got a question if someone sneaks in the room while you're sleeping because stuff will be moved around either way you're gone or while you're sleeping something's not right feel like I wasted my money

Staff, except for Rosie ( on last day at checkout), was unbelievably rude, I believe violated my rights, were unbelievably rude accusatory about several things, even barged into my room once. I was extremely happy that he had to eat crow both times. Construction workers & construction supplies, completely take up parking lot all day, and several spaces permanently block with supplies. Room was clean. If they( the 2 male managers) would stop spying on people, it would have been nice. Zero amenities, no coffee pot in room, not even at front desk. Not even a blow dryer

This cheap hotel has construction with paper thin walls, no sound proofing. The person in the room next door blasted her TV until 2am watching awful game shows and trashy sitcoms. Impossible to sleep. Requested manager to negotiate without resolution. She refused to turn down the TV. Loud train passing every thirty minutes. The term "Rodeway" is literal. It is right next to a busy road with lots of traffic and noise. Old and dirty room with moldy shower. Very trashy. On check-in the desk person had stated that they planned to charge a service fee on top of everything else. I explained that I had already paid Expedia which included all taxes and fees, and that they could not randomly raise the price after I had already paid. They did not charge the extra fee.

Where do I even start? The room I was given was unacceptable. The ceiling looked like it was falling apart, and the bathroom was downright filthy—there were literal stains in the tub. The carpet was extremely dirty, to the point that I couldn’t stay in that room. I requested to switch rooms, but the second one wasn’t much better. The bathroom was still gross, and overall the room felt just as poorly maintained. I understand the property is undergoing renovations, but construction noise continued well into the night. On top of that, the images shown online appear to be of the renovated rooms and do NOT reflect the actual rooms currently available. Please avoid this place at all costs.

TV seemed to only work on one station but I really wasn’t going to watch much anyway so I didn’t even check with the front desk about it. The bath tub looked like it was dirty but it was worn and had been scratched up. There was no breakfast but there was a vending machine available. The room didn’t look like the pictures that were online but it was comfortable enough for my stay and the price was reasonable.
