"It’s a nice hotel, I liked the decor and room was clean. I didn’t hear other guests apart from some occasional hall door slamming (but nothing too bad). However there was strange vibrating noise in my room that would go on and off every day, super annoying. Not sure what it was perhaps some ventilation installed on the roof or in the walls because in my room nothing made noise."

This hotel does not sit in front of the water but is walkable from the "boardwalk". Canary Wharf is away from the hustle and bustle of the city so it's much quieter overall. "This hotel is fantastically located for business travelers attending conferences at the Excel Center. It is a very short three stops away. The hotel is clean, Has a 24 hour lobby bar with food and drinks and although the rooms are small they are very clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers. The only watch out is the rooms are a bit small for couples so not sure I would bring a family."

"Highly recommended hotel. Spacious bedrooms with amazing river views, first class bathroom and toiletries. Excellent breakfast and a lovely complimentary drink in the Sky Bar after attending a concert at the O2, to which we had an internal walkway to access. Staff professional and friendly."

"Great hotel style. Clean rooms. Good size with 2 beds. Staff were helpful (not anlways upbeat though) . Location is not far from Custom House tube station. Breakfast was average - try and use the main room. The coffee from their machines was horrible. Have the room coffee instead. Rooms have coffee machines. Family friendly"

"We stayed in two rooms over the course of our stay and they were both nice, although we preferred the accessible room because of the bigger washroom. The one downside is there was no mini fridge to keep water or other drinks/food cold. Prime location, quiet and close to the transit line."
