"Resort was a perfect mix. One side had a grand view of Mt. Fuji, the other side looked out into the theme park (Fuji Q Highlands). Hotel Guests had free access to the Onsen next door and had an enclosed walkway for access. The onsen was clean and had a great payment system for items you need (vending machines, souvenirs etc...); electronic bracelet that allowed you to purchase from venders & souvenir stoors. Final Payment for services at a kiosk on the way out. "

"Such a great experience! We’ll be back. Warm welcome and excellent services! Room is clean with great view! Food is good. You can wear traditional Japanese clothes provided in the hotel which is a plus. There is a Mt Fuji observation deck on top of the building. We took really nice pictures there wearing traditional clothes. Public hot springs are clean with lake or Mt Fuji. There is a private one available for rent. "

"Staff were exceptionally helpful. Took our luggage up the stairs and were waiting for us when we arrived. Welcomed warmly by the manager and once checked in felt like home away from home! We didn’t do kayaking but available if you intend to do so. Private baths or outside baths available which we took advantage of. Possibly for some guests may find the property a bit older but was adequate for what we wanted. View you get makes up for it. I’d certainly return to this place if I’m ever in Fuji-san area again. "
